Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It’s very rocky, but the water is very clean. There are so many tamiles with young kids there. There is no changing room, but porta potty to use

Great food and service. Had the Cape Cod Rueben which was delicious. Fun family place that doesn’t feel like a tourist trap.

Though a very rocky beach, my boys enjoyed swimming and climbing on some rocks. Gorgeous views. Off season is the time to visit for sure.

This is a very small, narrow but very nice beach only a mile or 2 from downtown Falmouth. My wife and I stopped here while riding the Shining Star bike path. People have put a lot of time into stacking the rocks along the shoreline and it was quite beautiful. Take a few minutes to do that also very relaxing.

I love this beach and visit whenever I am on the Cape. This year we decided to go at low tide and enjoyed an incredible walk. It’s amazing to see how far out the beach actually goes. We saw a lot of oyster beds, sand crabs and lots of families with their kids trying to net sand crabs. It was a beautiful outing.

Beautiful beach but make sure you have a parking pass before arriving (they do not sell them there). We were sent to Surf Beach to get one, and alas those guys said day passes are not availalbe (only weekly passes). Could be you need to visit Silver Beach (or somewhere like that, where they do sell passes) and use that one at Wood Neck (not sure, and not easy to figure out if you only have a day. So, do your research, and visit this beautiful beach Falmouth. Some say it's the best on the Cape.

This is my favorite beach in Falmouth. It is not crowded. There is no loud music or crazy behavior. Great place to kite board after hours. Wonderful peaceful sunsets and perfect for walks on the beach.

The tidal pools are full of wonder for children with fiddler crabs, hermit crabs and shallow, warm water to explore and splash around in.

Took my family here including three teen boys... and they were not thrilled with this beach. It is not wide at all, very rocky and had several green head fly encounters = ouch! The lot fills up by 9:15-9:30 as it is small and you need a beach pass to enter. The attraction might be the creek that meanders and finds its way out to the ocean at the far side of the beach... which is good for the smaller kids. But for teens, this was a one and done for us. Rocks line the beach at the shore and then you have to navigate them when entering the water and about 20 yards into the water. And there was a decent amount of sea weed.
