What a quaint little village. Because we were there in April, some of the attractions were not open but it was still enjoyable. The Isaiah Jones Homesteade is a great place to stay and the innkeepers are wonderful.

This is like walking through a Norman Rockwell scene. With the pretty churches, Old Grist Mill, Hoxie House, and other historic sites, you will truly get a sense of old New England.

We loved the shops and the beauty of the town. There are lots of places to see, but in the off season not everything is open. We must come back!

In the heart of Sandwich village you will feel transported back to a sleepy peaceful time in our country's history. You can visit a lovely grist mill, a museum showing original samples of world-famous glass, scenic views, quiet walks, and the oldest house on Cape Cod. It can provide you with hours of relaxation and amusement for an afternoon.

Pretty clap-board houses and a lovely village atmosphere await you in the historic town of Sandwich - well worth a visit.

My wife and I spent a day exploring this historic village. It is such a peaceful place I wanted to stay forever.

Don't miss this stop, a bit off the beaten path on your Cape Cod visit. Here we found the Cape Cod Canal Visitors' Center, unique museums, the famous Boardwalk and great restaurants. They have a great website (sandwichhistory.org) on the history of Cape Cod's oldest town.

It was very clean and quiet, I loved it. The views were unbelievable.
