I think it has changed and has become more expensive than a lot of families can afford these days. But, you still can see the syrup being made even if you cannot to eat there. It is a nice Family Tradition if you can.

What my family liked about Goulds was that everything was fresh and the service was so orderly and fast, very little waiting.

Went once. We did not find it worth the long wait or the high prices.

Of course, real maple syrup is served, you can watch them make it in early spring when the sap is flowing.
