Great walking on different terrain. Wonderful view of the river from lookout. Walks can be short or longer depending on route. Map available.

not big, not much variation in terrain. Parking better than normal. Good if you are local, otherwise easy to find better.
Best approach is by canoe. Otherwise, the trails are nice but e prepared to hike a bit. Fine views of the Charles River.

Rocky Narrows is a lovely wooded hiking area. It has moderately strenuous inclines on rocky trails. At the top there's a beautiful view of the Charles River, especially gorgeous with autumn color!
Rocky Narrows is a great place for short hikes through the woods, with some spectacular viewpoints. There's two parking places - one on S Main Street (Route 27) which has only a handful of parking places, and another Forest Street (about the same size, but easier to get into).
Following the Red Trail will get you to King Philip's Overlook...

You will know the narrows the begin by the granite cliffs to your left just after...
