One of my favorite stops in the area. I originally stopped for the hiking but was disappointed by the length of the trails. I accidently found the garden and now stop at least once a monthbduring the season.

I have been to horticulture events and a wedding here. Itis a beautiful location even if you just want to wander the grounds. A delightful location for a family day out or formal gathering.
Elm Bank is a lovely place to visit. Whether you are having a picnic or you want to have your kids run around the expansive grassy area, this is the place to do it. Elm Bank is especially pretty in mid/late Spring and Summer. There are flowers everywhere!
The one thing that Elm Bank could use is a suitable play...

I love Elm Bank. The Charles river is right there, and the trails run right alongside. The gardens themselves are very well done, and there are always people walking around with family. You will see no shortage of soccer players, as they use the fields most weekends. Well worth a few hours of walking around and exploring the trail network....
