I had a pedicure and a nice gals of white wine which was very nice. There is 20% gratuity added to your bill regardless of whether the experience was nice or not....which means that it is a charge that should be stated up front not added after.

Nice relaxation area to prep for the services. I've had massages, hair, pedicures here and it's a very nice atmosphere. You can use the pool which is a bonus if you stay off site, outside pool and hot tub are great in the winter. Our wives took advantage of the spa. They were pampered, massaged, and coddled. They loved the staff, the facilities, and the warm baths. They said they never felt better when done. Expensive but well worth the money.

Great spa this is. We stay at Bay Harbor and use the Boyne spa (Solace) over the Marriott spa in Bay Harbor. We plan trips north around availability here.
