All of the Michigan State Parks are great. Had a wonderful time on a school field trip here. Right on Lake Michigan.

We have never camped in Wilderness State Park, though I have been informed by my father that I have camped there as a child. The park is located about 9 miles from Mackinaw City, and most likely you will be wanting to visit at least once during your stay here. We went into town several times, and the drive can...
