We went to Ford Field for the October 11, 2009 Lions' game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The stadium is great because it's indoors on a chilly day. The food choices are great: from pizza and hotdogs to deli style and full scale restaurants. The only complaint is the long lines for security that didn't seem to be all that thorough.... more

Being a Detroit Lions fan I have been to Ford Field quite a few times and I have to say it is beautiful!! There really isnt a bad seat in the house. And Lions fans are among the best to be around. I'm a huge sports fan and have been to my share of stadiums and this by far is a beautiful place. My husband and I were in town for the NCAA Men's Final Four tournament. The seats were comfortable.
