This is a marvelous arena. Very well thought out and built. You walk in , turn the corner and there it is. Next to Cobo, a great venue for sports - it's comfortable and homey,

There isn't a bad seat in the house as there are no obstructed views. You really feel close to the action.

We went to the PBR/Big & Rich concert at Ford Field. Since we are not familiar with the area, we decided to park in the adjoining parking garage. For this event, the parking was a flat $15. The game was great (we won!) and we had great seats, but it was very expensive. I guess that is to be expected when attending an NFL game, but with as much as you pay for tickets, is it really necessary to pay $8-10 for a beer? Other than that, go Lions!
