Just beautiful and peaceful. A great place to stop and admire what Gods given us.
walk down into the woods to see the Cross and a calm and peacefull feeling just comes over yah. It is a beautiful site no matter what religion you are.
The largest Crucifix by artist Marshall Frederick is here in the woods, surrounded by beautiful trees, flowers, birds, ,,all you hear is the breeze through the trees, woodland creatures. A beautiful church, gift shop, restrooms, a non-denominational place ot reflect, pray, meditate, or if you choose, attend daily Mass in the church.

This is Michigan's best known religious monument - a cross that is 55 feet high and 22 feet wide, built in the early 1950's. The Jesus figure is made out of bronze and weights over 7 tons, with an arm span of 21 feet.
