This was a really interesting one hour stop on our tour of the Lake Huron coastline. This lighthouse is tucked away in a nice park where lots of folks have weekend homes - trailer or fixed houses. A drive through the residences brings you to a nice brick house that the lighthouse keeper lived in and a nice lighthouse. You...

We visited this lighthouse in late May while we were driving around the Thumb of Michigan on M-25. M-25 is a great scenic drive as it follows the coast line of the Thumb and goes through several coastal towns.
