This lighthouse is the oldest in Michigan. It is located in Lighthouse Park, which also contains the local Coast Guard facility. The park is a nice park; the lighthouse is not open often, according to the local museum docent. Not sure if it is being currently rehabbed, as it is in dire need of a paint job.
