The city of Taylor has two really nice municipal courses. I think this one plays a little tougher than Taylor Meadows. So bring your A game! The restaurant at Lakes of Taylor is very nice, whether you just want a nice burger after a round of golf or you want to take your mother there for a nice Sunday meal.

A challenging track that rewards a good shot. Not tricked up. You'll play it once and want to come back and play it again.

This is our favorite place to play in southern Detroit suburbs. Challenging course, well maintained and very good restaurant. Well stocked pro shop, too.

This is the best public course I've ever played! We had a short layover (long enough for golf though) in Detroit and someone at the airport recommended this to us. The facilities are nicer than most country clubs. The staff are professional. #17 and #18 are two of the best holes you can find on any course, anywhere.
