Loved watching the ships come into and leave the canal - they glide by silently until the blast their horn and give us all a thrill. Love the shops, the history, and the museum as well. We planned every day around the shipping schedules so we could watch them come in. Fun!

I had no idea what Canal Park would look like when I researched Duluth. It is a shopping area with restaurants and hotels too. The Maritime Museum is there right by the Aerial Bridge. It is a fun area to walk around and explore.

You can walk it or rent bikes to enjoy the scenary around you. it is lovely and calming to stare out into the water. recommend to anyone who likes scenic looks to relax.

We were there on a beautiful day with several ships entering the harbor. Our kids loved the bridge, walking to the lighthouse, and the free museum was awesome!

Great view, history and easy to take a quick visit or stay a while

So many GREAT casual restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance; the boardwalk, the ships coming and going, waves crashing to shore... awesome!

I hadn't been to Canal Park before, but we visited today. It was so charming and quaint, a real small-town feel, clean, fresh, and just lovely. Would love to spend more time there in the future.

Duluth has done a fantastic job of bringing in just the right attractions, shopping, and accomodations to one area. Canal Park has everything and it is all within an easy walking distance.
