Unfortunately, I have been forced to ski at Spirit for 15 years, since I live here. I have skied for over 35 years all over the Midwest and West. You absolutely CANNOT find a more pompous, rude, uncaring Administrative Staff ANYWHERE... Customer service has been lost somewhere along the line. Time after time you can leave Spirit shaking your head... more
