If you like observation towers (I do) it's worth it. If you don't particularly care it will seem too expensive ($7). There are some taller buildings around it so the view isn't perfect. But on a clear day you can see St. Paul and the airport. (Bring binoculars). Spend some time looking at the stuff in the little display they... more
