Its a Landmark. The art deco detail is awesome. The Observation tower closed. I had been up there once -it was cool. ,I dont see its re-opened? I cant seem to find any info to confirm either way, more

If you like observation towers (I do) it's worth it. If you don't particularly care it will seem too expensive ($7). There are some taller buildings around it so the view isn't perfect.
