The Loop really has all the bases covered. Their Sunday brunch is excellent. It has a great variety (omelets, waffles, prime rib, etc). The lunch and dinner menu has great options as well. The Loop bar is tucked away just out of the main chaos of the downtown Minneapolis area, which means parking is easier and the crowd is a little more refined.
