When they opened the section of trail in Osakis , Garrison Kellior himself came pedaling down the trail to make the speach ! Magical indead !

The tarred path is pretty flat. Pretty easy to bike or walk. The towns are not too far apart to stop and get ice cream or a soft drink. Plenty of places to stop and just enjoy the scenery. Lots of wild life. A deer jumped out right in front of us the other day. Most of the time it... More

We live close to the trail. Near Holdingford, MN. There is a covered bridge in town that is the longest one in the state as far as I know.

We bike from St. Joseph to Albany on the trail for a total of 30 miles. The trail is wide, paved and goes through some nice scenery. Lots of wild flowers along side the trail. Benches and parks to stop for restroom breaks are available. I saw a deer with a fawn in the distance. The portion of the trail... More
