I first visited Bay St Louis in October and fell in love with it. This museum seems to be the hub of the entire town as well as the art community. I had the great pleasure of meeting Mrs. Moseley on a trip to Bay St. Louis in 2001 for cruising the coast. Not only was she a delightful person to meet, her paintings are full of personality.
