My husband and I met our friends on a Friday night to stay at this hotel. Our bad experience started at check-in. The sixteen year-olds working at the front desk were more interested in socializing with each other that ensuring our fastidious check-in. It's original opening long delayed by the devastation of Hurricane Katrina, Hard Rock Casino/Hotel-Biloxi is open and it's making a big splash on 'casino row.' Its competitors had better take a look at the way it's designed and, more importantly, managed.
