“12+ years of non-stop live music. You can't visit Kansas City without checking out IHOP-KC”

Whether you are a Christian or not. This is a place worth seeing. For over 12 years, IHOP-KC "Prayer room" has had f non-stop live worship music. Wether you go at 1pm or 5am, there is a live team playing worship. It is the longest live song in history. People from Africa, Asia, Europe, etc...fly from all over the world... More

“Overwhelming”

This may just be the one of the best place to visit in the entire world. I spent three days at the location and never wanted to leave. This is a great place for people of all ages.

“IHOP is not a destination, nor a place for pancakes”

I was looking for a coffee shop in the area and the GPS directed me to this strip mall church. I have no problem with religion nor IHOP but this is NOT a tourist destination. If you wnat to visit a 24/7 church in a strip mall I'm sure its fine.

This is not a Kansas City destination or representative of the city in any way, shape or form. It is an evangelical church in a strip mall...not a Kansas City experience.

The International House of Prayer probably does a lot of good things, but it's far from being considered an attraction in Kansas City. It's an evangelical Christian prayer and evangelism center. IHOP, as it's known by those who attend, has a cult-like following of young people who are brought in from all around the country to assist with the work... More
