Small but beautiful workmanship and care taking. A diverse selection of plants, well thought out by color and texture. The bronzes are a little too pedestrian for my taste, especially considering the bar set by the Atkins sculpture garden.

The gardens are situated near the Plaza, so it is a little oasis of beauty right there in the city. just South of the plaza off Volker Rd,and walking distance from the Nelson-Atkins Museum, the gardens are a peaceful, tranquil, and beautiful respite from spring thruogh earlu fall. Unique plants are all labeled for easy identification, and many sitting areas along the path. A must see while in KC!
