To start, parking is free and if you are a local it's cheaper, we're out of towners so it cost us $8 per person which is reasonable given the facilities. We went a bit early in season so there weren't alot of flowers in bloom, but it's a clean garden, and a nice place to walk.

One of the most lovely outdoor spaces you will find anywhere. The research component of MOBOT is among the best in the world. The Wednesday night concerts during the summer with free admission are not to be missed. Bring good food, a few bottles of wine, and friends for a great evening.
In the winter the place was just too empty. Yet there was a lot to see.
I could not tell if there was any tour schedule for Shaw's Mansion. It was easy to get lost and not find your way back to the entrance. I wanted to see more than the usual hot-house plants.

Amazing! Must do when visiting St Louis. I was there for the Lantern Festivaland it was truly an unforgettable day. They have beautiful displays. Makes for memorable photos. My husband and I had a great time.
Don't let the name of the place fool you- Children will love the Garden as much as the adults. The maze, the fish, the playgound... Kids will have a ball here.
