Wow ... have to see it even if you are not a church goer! Simply stunning!!

We didn't have nearly enough time to linger as long as this venue requires. Most folks on here have already summed up how striking the interior artwork very well and I'd second their words. I also really appreciated how pleasant the guest services staff was to those of us coming in to take a peek.

The art work inside this Cathedral is similar to great works of art in Europe. It is like visiting a museum and the museum building is the art work. There is nothing that I dislike.

The church is great. The interior takes away your breath.

Our high school choir students enjoyed an evening at the Cathedral Basilica listening to the orchestra play Mozart. Our choir was invited to sing a "spiritual" song after the concert to see how the inside of the cathedral sounded. Awesome experience for all!

If you enjoy ornate detailed tributes to God and to history, this is a beautiful place. A functioning church, there are places that are private, so please honor those. The detail and the information provided by tour guide was truly inspirational. There is no cost.

This cathedral can rival many of the beautiful cathedrals of Europe. It just doesnt have 500 years of dirt and smoke in its veins!
