Nice to have slopes in NW Missouri. Great place to take kids.

Nice to have slopes in NW Missouri. Great place to take kids.
Great wat to spend some time on man-made slopes when you can't get to the Rockies. Very friendly staff.
We spent 1 day at Snow Creek and had a great experience. We have children ages 5, 7, and 11 and this was their first time to ski. We enrolled them all in private lessons and the instructors were great. They were so patient and kind to our girls. This is a great place to practice or just try out...

Although it is a very small ski area, it is a great place to go if you can't make it to Colorado. It is also a place I would highly recommend for first-timers/beginners. If you've never been skiing and live in the general area it is worth your time to try skiing here first. They have ski/snowboard/boot rentals available so...

We found snow creek on the internet. Seven of us feom Oklahoma City (5+ hour drive) came up to ski over presidents day weekend. This is a great place to learn to ski. Several of us are intermediate level skiers and found the blue runs to be actually "black" at the upper regions of the slopes. So it was a...

Remember this is a ski area in Missouri. That being said this place is very well run and every employee was very friendly. This is the perfect place to bring someone to learn to ski or to knock off some of the rust before you head to Colorado. We took our two kids ages 6 and 9 here and put...

I haven't been here for a few years as it is kind of expensive, but it is a lot cheaper than going to Colorado. The hills aren't nearly as big, but you can go down them multiple times. For someone who only goes skiing once or twice every 10 years and just likes skiing, doesn't love it, this place is...

Understanding the usefulness of a ski area in the Kansas City area requires going with a carefully planned set of objectives. If you want to learn how to ski or to ride a snowboard, this is a good place to do it.. If you want to get in some practice before you go on a vacation to the mountains, this...

Worst customer service I have experienced, ever. And on multiple occasions.
Lifts were broken multiple times- we even got stuck on one! Not even a hint of an apology, and we were treated like an inconvenience for wanting a rain check (the only run open was the tiny, tiny bunny hill.)
The terrain park has been closed on several trips,...

We took our 7 grandchildren there for Christmas gift this year. We had 3 who had skied before and 4 beginners. Everyone was so helpful from teachers to staff. The kids said it was the best and want to go back. We were happy with the whole experience. Everyone is looking forward to going back.
