Coming from Southern California, Moonlight Basin was truly a winter wonderland getaway. The prices are unbelieveably for many reasons: 1. Lift pass is $15 cheaper than anything in SoCal. 2. The Powder! 3. NO LINES! 4. Great people! more
Our family of 2 adults, and a 17 and 15 year old just returned from skiing at Moonlight Basin. We live here in Big Sky area and only downhill ski occasionaly (mostly due to cost & daycare & life in general.) But we "splurged" and went skiing at Moonlight. WOW - we were treated like royalty, every staff member we spoke to was not only friendly but actually helpful. They all said they enjoyed working at the ski hill... more
