ZooMontana is not your ordinary zoo. i usually avoid zoos because as an animal lover, I don't enjoy seeing animals confined in cages. This zoo is different. I think the zoo has a lot of animals for being a fairly new zoo. Great natural setting. I saw bald eagles, wolves, owls, bighorns, river otters, wolverine, porcupine, siberian tiger, red panda, sika deer, a lot of ducks, geese and barn animals including a HUGE horse. more
This is a VERY SMALL zoo. Half of it is comprised of domesticated animals (or so it seems). Though the zoo is located in Montana, there are no bears.
