Just played at this course August 28. It was like playing on dirt. Just terrible. And for $100 it was a complete rip off. My local municipal course at $20 is in better shape. I would not recommend this to anyone. You are better off paying for a cab and going to a course further away from the strip. And... more

Course looked great but given the conditions and the money I paid to play there, I wasn't overly impressed. I'm not exactly a scratch golfer but the fairways were hard and the greens were terrible (uneven, dry..... the tee shots that landed on the greens on the par 3's didn't even leave a mark). That being said- the layout was... more

Played it on Sat. (6:50) morning. Excellent service from staff from time I arrived in getting set -up with club rentals and cart to the starter. Snack shack was open for breakfast. Practice green and range close to 1st tee to keep things moving. Wife came as ride-along and enjoyed it. Course in very nice shape. Greens had been top... more

Not having a rental car, my wife's son and I chose to play Bali Hai during a recent trip to Las Vegas because it is so close (a 10-minute cab ride from Bellagio). We felt like we got about what we paid for. The course was in good shape and, unlike some of the courses out in the desert, the... more

Played in early November 2007 and had a great round. An open fairway from tee to green is my kind of Vegas course. Got a peak at Bill Clinton playing and his secret service escorts and I thought that was pretty cool. The guys in the golf shop said he plays there once in while and that other celebrities play... more

Bali Hai as you have read is themed after the South Pacific. The Clubhouse has the same SP decor along with a good restaurant, bar and pro shop. I have played the course a few times, and to tell you the truth, for the most part, I have enjoyed it. I have noticed that the maintenence has slipped some. I... more

I played Bali Hai a couple of weeks ago (July 25, 2007) and was surprised at how bad the condition of the entire course was in. The last time I was there was about four years ago and thought it was truly one of the most beautiful and well-maintained courses I ever played. Unfortunately, they have decided to allow the... more

Challenging golf course for a high handicapper like myself; undulating fairways and the greens are difficulty to read; service is excellent, very convenient since I stayed at the Four Seasons next door, but ... It is overpriced! You pay 195 dollars (Summer/AM) and you figure you would get GPS on your cart. NO GPS here. You have to pay 5... more

Played July 27, 2006. Layout was challenging, played from the back tees (7,000 yds) to get most real estate for my money. The course layout has varied terrain with lots of trouble (sand and water), but each hole is well thought out with many interesting possbilites for scoring. The fairways were in great shape, greens had been aerated not too... more

I am a 10 handicapper and I actually liked the course. However, this is Las Vegas and the course is at the end of the tarmack at Mccarren Airport. This is not a setting for golf. There are planes taking off every few minutes. On number 7 I actually felt the green rumble between my feet, when a plane was... more
