The show had beautiful costumes. I love the hats the women wore. I saw the nude one. The cheeszzz songs were funny. There are only a couple of performers that sing live. Everyone else lip sync to old tunes. I got two tixs for $86. This is definitely old Vegas style. Must see for a good laugh!!!
Even though the theater at Bally's is a bit shabby, Jubilee certainly isn't with magnificent costumes, very complicated staging, and a multitude of talented singers, dancers, showgirls and performers. If you are looking for a Circ d' Soleil type of show, this isn't it. If you want a taste of what was the big type of Vegas show for decades,...

I was surprised to see so many poor reviews of this show and thought I would add my two cents worth to round it out.
My husband and I scored two-for-1 tickets for this show, which we already had wanted to see. We were going to see two other more modern shows during our stay in vegas and so we...

Hmmm. Where to begin. I wanted to see this to get an Old School Vegas kind of flavour. It was....ok? Different. The headdresses were absolutely gorgeous, but the show was a little weird and I found myself getting bored. I'm not sure what I expected - maybe more of a Rockettes type of show with boobs??
The in-between acts were...

I booked this because it seemed to me that this was old school Vegas if anything was - wow were we weirded out by this show to say the least. Boring and just plain odd in parts - very spotty indeed. I expected more can-can dancing girls chorus-line type of thing with sparkles and feathers and just an explosion of...

First off, if you are looking to view breasts, you will be disappointed. There are breasts on display (a lot!), but in the "classy, old-school, Vegas" kind of way when seeing breasts was novel and risque. To see if you'd like Jubilee, do this simple test: google "boobs" while playing the top hits from the 1930's, and if viewing breasts...

Lots of gorgeous girls with the famed feathers and headdresses, but amazingly outdated. Really needs to be brought into this century. The extravaganza nature is supposed to keep the audience mesmerized and involved. The Samson scene was the only one that worked at all. It didn't happen.
This is what you think of when you think classic Vegas show. Gigantic feathers headpieces, topless, singing, and sparkle. I think younger crowds will get bored very easily, and we even found it a little slow.
You can take drinks into the theater and there is even a bar right as you come in. They take the "no pictures" rule...

Nice to see a full production show with 30 plus ladies and not one silicone boob or tattoo in sight. If you want a show that portrays Las Vegas in a nut shell, then Jubilee is it.
