Although you don't get a great view of the Las Vegas Strip, the Monorail gives you a much easier and quicker way to get from the north end of the strip to the south end than walking.

If you are staying close to a monorail stop it can save you a bunch on taxis. We got 3 day passes and it was so convenient. There was maintenance one day some had to wait 15 minutes but really it was no big deal. They are air conditioned and not very busy. We stayed at Hilton grand vacation club... More

Really had a great time taking the monorail along The Strip. Only downside is the long walk to/from the monorail stations which are in the rear of the casinos. Signage in some of the casinos is lacking so had to ask a lot of times for directions & kept getting lost inside the casinos. Great way to travel though. The... More

The strip can be long. If you need to get from one end to the other the monorail is well woth the money.

Well, what can you say about a monorail? It was free and clean, so it was ok.

i would recommend the monrail because even though the day passes are more expensive than the bus's day pass. It is worth it because with the bus there is a chance to be caught into a traffic jam while on the tram you can avoid that all in air conditioning and go to the different casinos very quickly.

No wonder its in bankruptcy. Very bumpy and bone jarring ride. All stations in far back of hotels with long walks. would of been better if it was on strip

Don't waist your money. It's expensive. The route is limited and has few stations which are at the most inconvenient places Save a few bucks and improve your health and walk. About the only time the monorail is worth it is when it's far too hot to be walking outside.

It is way too expensive for what you get. A cab is cheaper and walking is more fun. If it went to the airport instead of just down the strip, it would probably be worthwhile.
