Truly an amazing site, many of the etchings go 40 to 50 feet below the sand level and are hundreds of years old. A few of the more common ones have been translated but the rest remain a mystery. « less

We always take a hike through this amazing area. It's one of the main reasons we come to Laughlin, and it's a great diversion from the bustle of the river walk. more

If you don't mind driving on a dusty dirt road and taking a short hike, a must see. Just the rock formations are worth the short walk, and the petroglyphs are very impressive. Make sure to bring water with you. Watch your step climbing the rocks, there is a lot of loose bebris, very easy to slip and fall. Don't... more
