We passed through late one evening and needed a place to stay. The price was a steal and the people were friendly here. The rooms are a bit shabby chic and run down but who can really complain about such a bargain. Would stay again. more

This hotel and casino is just plain old run down. We went to laughlin on a bus tour not knowing what was in store for us. This is just a warning don't leave the bright lights in Vegas to go to the dull, dusty, boring place called Laughlin. Believe me when I say it's not worth your time and energy. more

Let me preface this by saying I did not stay at the hotel, because I was staying at Harrah's on a junket, but I will say that it was where I ended up gambling at the most. The casino is one of the largest in Laughlin and the game selections were great for small time gamblers like me - lots... more

As part of a tour from Ontario, I visited Nevada for the first time ever, just recently. Our room on the 21st floor of the South Tower was more than adequate - lots of towels, amenities always filled up and for the amount of time a person is in the room - as long as the bed and comfortable and... more

After the River Palms dissapointment, I decided to try another Laughlin Casino, the Edgewater. It was about the same worn out, below average, experience as the River Palms. Dated rooms, poor service, bored employees, no frill experience and in need of major renovation. It looks like all the casinos in Laughlin were built around the same time, about 20 years... more

We always stay at the Edgewater but never again. 4 of us shared a room but it was only furnished for 2 with towels and coffee. Kleenex box was empty. The Friday nite buffet was seafood and not much varity, mostly peeled shrimp and crab legs and a waitress took our drink order and we never saw her again. Two... more

The Edgewater Casino is a decent casino. According to my father in law, it's more like the way Vegase used to be. The casino itself is right on the river, which means you can take a nice break and go for a walk to get some fresh air. The casino has a more friendly feel here, and if you gamble... more

The Edgewater Casino is above average. The rooms are simple but comfy. They have the best buffet in Laughlin. We always stay here when we go to Laughlin. It is in the center of all casinos on the Colorado Belle. more

I have stayed at every casino/hotel in Laughlin at one time or the other. The Edgewater is one of the best for your buck hotels in Laughlin. I prefer staying at Harrah's, the Golden Nugget or even the Ramada. The Edgewater has a better location for casino hopping though. Their buffet is better than average, but not quit as good... more
