Drove through Jackson NH while on vacation in Sept 2008. There were virtually no tourists at this time, and had no trouble with parking at the Falls. A photographer's paradise from every angle!!! The Jackson Covered Bridge is nearby, and be sure to stop at Flossie's General Store near the bridge for some wonderful souvenirs. more

This river has some great small waterfalls flowing thru the rocks in the village of Jackson, NH. We have visited during the summer, and it was packed with people. Sunning on the rocks along the banks, or even in the middle of the river (the river is shallow). Great scenery. Many children ride down the waterfalls, either on their bottoms... more
