Great place to hike, bike, take a car ride or a motorcycle ride. Usually closed in the winter months due to being unpassable. Great views abound! more

We visited in October this area and among others drove the scenic highway and did some hike trails. We had a good hike and great views at both little summits on the trail which starts at the Albany Covered Bridge, so I would strongly recommend this one. Have fun. more

This is a breathtaking stretch of highway. Driving straight through would only take about 40 minutes, but there are plenty of places to pull over and take photos, including a covered bridge. If you are in the area, you owe it to yourself to drive this scenic highway. more

After Route 1 in California, this is the most beautiful road I have ever seen. Stop by North Conway if you plan on shopping. The city has a good outlet center and no sales tax! more
