I made a reservation at 5:30 the night before a 9:55am cruise. I received a confirmation of the reservation and believed I was all set. After driving over an hour and planning the whole day around this cruise, the office staff informed us that the trip had been cancelled because they didn't receive their web reservations. A great way to spend an afternoon! We took the 3-hour tour (where have I heard that before?) out to the Isle of Shoals.
