I purchased a bottle of wine for $15.99. The next day I found the same bottle at a liquor store for $10.99. Why isn't it cheaper when you buy directly from the winery? I felt ripped off!

Liked the music and wine. We went to the vineyards when our friend retired and had an enjoyable time. It was busy with a lot of people we also brought appetizers with us at the time.
We went for a wine tasting and the gentleman working there was very knowledgeable and nice! Beautiful inside, love the decor, and the wines are delicious!!
It's so wonderful to see that New Jersey is getting more vineyards. Pleasant atmosphere, nice place to spend an afternoon.
Visited the winery this weekend. Atmosphere like you are in the country. Beautifully decorated. Great live music in a really tusan styled room. Wine was very good, including the Seco (Italian champagne). The hospitality of the vintners, the Neris was truly old world. Plan to be a regular.

Hopewell Valley Vineyards is every bit as advertised. I was part of a small private event. Every part of it...the food, superb wines we tasted, interesting facts on the wine-making process, region to region history...it was all great.
Sergio, Violetta and their knowledgable, professional staff have managed to create a 'must-do' experience. It's not surprising to see the numerous awards...

beautiful spot, delicious wine, good music, great happy hour times with friends...and you can bring your own appetizers!
I've been to Hopewell Valley Vineyards numerous times in the past 6 years and they rarely disappoint. The tasting fee when I went was $6 which got you 5 tastes and the etched tasting glass when you were finished. The location is very cute and scenic so picnics are definitely an option. They have a very unique set of wines...
