I arrived in Bali second week of August for two weeks stay from USA.
Most bars are located in a row on Jalan Dhyana Pura and Chaps is the newest addition.
Owned by Ronald who is originally from Melbourne, Australia knows exactly how to cater to tourists who visit his bar.
