“Suprising slice of history”

This little mountain community, Cloudcroft, has put together an impressive collection of old cabins and buildings from the pioneer era. The museum is small but interesting. It's the walk from building to building all under the aspen trees, that gives you a real feel for early life in the mountain west.

Variety of displays and wonderful outdoor museum, friendly staff. Enjoy events held there too.

“move on - apathetic, incompetent supervisor”

Arriving at the venue at 3:25p, the supervising administrator was on her way out the door with her personal belongings. The venue advertises that it closes at 4:00p.
