Capulin Volcano is very imformative. The visitor center is outstanding. The drive to the top of the volcano is beautiful.

My husband and I visited Capulin Volcano last week. We really enjoyed the experience of walking around the rim of the volcano and then down to the bottom. The experience was unique. The rangers were friendly and very helpful. the visitor's center was very nice.

Thankfully, back in the day we had the foresight to protect this area. I only wish we had protected even more area and more of the terrain. Unfortunately, there is no camping on the Monument grounds.
