After too long a time of Binghamton being without an art cinema, luckily enough this cozy, just-folks place opened up. The Art Mission Theater has been a wonderful addition to the community. I have been able to watch movies there like Once and The Darjeeling LTD that I otherwise would not have seen in a mainstream theater. My wife and I were seriously bummed when we first moved to Binghamton and learned that there wasn't a single art theater. No more mainstream art-house movies for us. Just our netflix and a 12" tv.
