There was a scavenger hut for the kids to find details through the museum, they got a prize for finding them all at the end of the self guided tour. Nice museum if you have young children who are interested in western living or if you love fine art has ongoing exhibitions.

This is beautiful little museum is full of great Art, Remington's and Native head dresses, buckskin shirts, the guns that destroyed the Indians, contemporary Native Art, and an image search for my 12 year old. I enjoyed it more then the Corning.

good place to visit while in corning. ive been many times over the years. always educational and interesting.

Smaller and less well known that the Corning Museum of Glass, The Rockwell has delightful collections all beautifully displayed

I found it a bit boring, not much hands on, but if you're in town, I'd stop.

Eclectic collection of western art - very nicely presented!

loved it great afternoon looking at all the Western themed art. great staff, very relaxing and enjoyable. Loved the renovated building they did a great job.
