The best restaurant is the Nautilus Inn. The rest are just over-priced bar-food. Be careful, don't park illegally. You will be towed

Restaurants and bars are closing up and down the nautical mile. They're are a few that remain open but those that are are charging tourist prices. How can people afford to go to these places.

The Schooner is my favorite seafood restaurant but there are others that are very good too. Nice atmosphere to walk around & enjoy the shops.

A summer tradition on Long Island, we start the summer season off by boating to the Natutical Mile and docking at the Public docking, then walking the strip---stopping for drinks and dinner at one of the restaurants. We usually hit the strip a few times during the summer and always end the summer at Ottos.

A stretch of overpriced resturaunts with mediocre food and crummy food with limited parking. A lousy view of the canal, not even open water. A decent sea food retail store all the way at the end, if you want to buy fresh fish and take it home...do not waste your time, unless you have a lot of money to waste
