the beach is great everybody frendly ok the bumsters can be a pain at times

Had eaten here a few times before during previous visits to Cape Point but ended up wishing we hadn't this time. I had one of the local dished and my partner had a sandwich but we both felt under the weather later on that day. The food is very cheap but I won't be eating here again

try out the new one for the road... seen this place grow to what it is today, great food, staff, music, sit and watch the world go by.....

Really excellent food at very good rates. Very nice service, lovely location. If you eat in one place in Gambia, eat here.

This place has been transformed in recent years from a bar with two seats and a fridge to a great little restaurant bar that can probably take 30-40 covers. I have been visiting One For the Road for many years and was delighted to see what Sanjo has done with the Bar - We had very nice food in Nov 09 and I am sure he will build up a good clientele who will go back time and time again Good Luck MAMACOOL

i have just returned from my sixth trip to the gambia and was delighted when i visited one for road and saw the changes that Sanjo has made. Had a meal which was one of the best i had during my trip. Loved the baked potato!! Service was probably slower than normal but food was worth waiting for. Well done... More

Hello any one traveling to the Gambia,there is a new bar and restaurant at cape point,Bakau. The best food we ever eat in the Gambia,and 3 times resinable price than the hotel. This place is having wunderful staffs,great cooks,from Norway and Gambians walking there and they realy brings differents with the others around the area,Realy 4 stars service. Highly recommended...
