Do not leave Segou without having make a tour there and have the full explanation on the Bogolan process.

This is a interesting cotton spinning-weaving-clothing design-art gallery situated in front of the post office in Segou. There is a room of spinning and weaving and people at work using traditional cotton thread and industrial cotton thread to make fabrics of all dimensions. Traveling with 4 others for 5 weeks in West Africa, I was not interested in learning about bogolan products but I went anyway.
