If i could give this a zero i would. You read everything right from before. Rude employees, equipment falling apart, disorganized. After you buy your tickets, you are sent to a "lodge" which is basically a big room with nothing in it but folding seats and a bench. Nothing to drink, buy or anything. This was absolutely the worst attraction I have ever been to ANYWHERE. It costs $65 and the ride itself is conducted in rickety old equipment and the ride lasts about 40 seconds. It hurts and couldnt thrill a 6 year old. more

We bought the passport to do all the olympic events at Lake Placid which was $30 then if you wanted to do the bobseld it was another $65. This is a must do for visitors to Lake Placid during the winter. From my understanding summertime experiences are just not the same - slower and bumpier because you're on wheels. The 45 second ride is fun and fast. Well organized and friendly staff. Truely a unique experience that should not be missed. more
