The Noguchi Museum is inside a wonderfull museum with an attractive exhibition. Not to many art objects. Very beautiful sculptures in an very good atmosphere. Noguchi makes very extraordinary works of art who have an expression of reflection. Very much an attraction to go to.

This is an oasis for anyone who loves Noguchi or who has never heard of him but who wants to see how beautiful art can be when the artist is in control of how the work is displayed. When he was young, Noguchi worked with Brancusi as an assistant. That's a pretty amazing way to begin. Noguchi was a master... More

This is the only museum in America dedicated to one artist that was established by that artist. As such it has a wonderful feel of the artist's hand at work. The placement of the sculptures in the garden-like setting has the feeling of a master artist at work. Fans of Noguchi or modern sculpture should go. It is not easy,... More

I would not say that this museum is for everyone. It features a collection of the sculptures of the late American-Japanese sculptor-inventor Isamu Noguchi. These works are not your traditional realistic statues of famous people caught in heroic poses. Rather there are a large number of mostly big stone, metal and wood pieces in a variety of shapes and configurations.... More

I didn't really know much about the artist until I got there and realized that he designed some of the furnitures and sculptures that I'm very familar with. The museum is built by the artist, and as it was described, the artist "sold the 'good' and kept the 'great' for himself". I really liked some of his works. 2pm tours... More
