This was a fun day for the family thanks to a friendly and helpful staff, a spacious lodge with free wifi, and a nice selection of beginner trails. Only thing that would have improved it is if there was a fireplace in the lodge. Overall a great value for a day trip with the kids.

What a terrible experience! My daughter and I were first timers at this mountain and we arrived roughly around 2:15pm. Not knowing anything about their pricing plans I proceeded to the ticket desk to ask questions about the best pricing package. The lady at the desk was not particularly nice nor did she seem to care about me as a... More

I live about 20 minutes from this ski "resort" (I put resort in quotes because there's not hotel associated with the place - it's just a mountain). It's great when it's less than an hour from your home. But I wouldn't travel any sort of distance to get here. There's not any beautiful scenery around or any super-exciting terrain -... More

What can you say? We're not in the snow belt and you'll get what you expect.

I have been to Thunder Ridge only once, so take this review for what it is worth. I am fortunate to live within 30 minutes of this location. I say fortunate because upon my arrival I spent 45 minutes attempting to get a place to park. I almost ripped out my transmission in the parking lot to the south of... More

Don't expect Killington - this is a good novice hill, short vertical. The amenities won't win any prizes, bring your own snacks and drinks.

Close by for rare night skiing, but only two main slopes. Good spot for beginners only.

Mountain small and barely any snow. Over crowded and though we didn't do the ski lessons our friends would NOT recommend it.

We had a wonderful 2 days here with our 3 children all beginners. Found great instructors, price was reasonable, clean facilities, good conditions and well maintained. Will absolutely return.

I recently went to Thunder Ridge and thought it was a day well spent. It was $99 for all the equipment rentals, lift ticket, and beginner ski class. By the end of the day, I was able to go through the few hills they had and not kill myself so that was a positive. It was very packed which was... More
