The Carrot Barn offers farm fresh veggies... Delicious muffins & desserts... It is a little pricey, but compared to store prices, it's not too bad, plus you are getting fresh, ripe veggies. The Carrot Barn is the only place I can find Candy onions. Candy onions are delicious, very sweet, much sweeter than Vadalia onions & you can get them... more

This store goes by many names - the Carrot Barn, Schoharie Valley Farms, even Westheimer's to some locals (the former owner's last name). My family has been enjoying their warm cider donuts, fresh baked muffins, cakes, pies, cookies, coffee and hot cocoa for years now - breakfast , lunch or dessert.
