I was a day spa visitor to Copperhood on Dec 29, 2006. I booked my massage on the phone through the owner. The owner was courteous and showed me to the locker rooms, which were FREEZING. In fact, most of the wing where the treatment rooms are located was very cold! I could not get any hot water, either before... more
