Nice, clean beach, and the camp sites look well tended.

I have come to Moffitt Beach since I was a baby. My Mother's family made the annual trip every summer since the 1940's. Just be warned, if you like to camp, sit by the fire, have a few beers and play some music with some friends, this is not the site for you... Is hard to go to bed at 10pm every night,under threat of eviction from the campsite.

This was our 8th visit to Moffitt Beach Campground and we have never been dissappointed in having made the 5 hour drive to camp here. It is a NY State-run facility and is impeccably maintained. This is an excellent NYS run camping facility. Everything was clean and in exceptionally good condition. It is quite large, and has needed facilities interspersed throughout the campground.
