Suggest using a Seneca Wine Trail passport for tastings (http://www.senecalakewine.com/events/trail-events.html) Staff was polite and explained the wines as we tasted. It was not crowded, so it was relaxed.

This winery has nice wines and very nice, knowledgeable servers.

I just can't "love" this regions wine. The sweeter the better... the Riesling was the best of the limited wines I tried.

Some of our guests prefer sweeter wines and always appreciate us sending them to Lakewood.

You can feel the warmth of this family as soon as you enter. Everyone is friendly and willing to answer any questions you have and never try to rush your winetasting experience. We have friends in Penna. and in NYC that always request wine from here when we visit them. Their Port is the best on Seneca Lake!!!
